Among them, we promised to tell you about a new way of payment that the app would have<\/a> and, finally, the time has come.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital card: Mandao Balance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Mandao Credit is an electronic card within the mobile application whose income works like phone recharges from abroad. Now you can recharge your family members with a credit or debit card and this amount, which is cumulative, can be displayed on the card that appears on their profiles in the Mandao app. In a few steps you will have your virtual money ready to use as a payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the Mandao Credit work from outside Cuba? First, it is important to know that the recharge is done from the application itself, without the need for third parties. However, through a partnership with the company Rebtel, users of this company can also top up our Mandao Credit to their people in Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the transfer is made, the receiving user in Cuba receives a notification with the details of the person who made the transfer and the amount deposited. This notification takes you directly to check your Mandao Balance card and the credit received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the recipient of the recharge does not have the Mandao application installed, he\/she will receive an SMS informing him\/her of the credit received and who sent it, along with a link that will redirect him\/her to the App Store or Google Play stores to download it. Once the registration is completed, the user will directly see the screen of his card with Mandao Credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topping up Mandao Credit is easy and is done from the application itself in just a few steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Access your Mandao Credit card (in your Profile) and select the Send Balance option.<\/li>
  • A list of your contacts will be displayed.<\/li>
  • Select the person to whom you will send the Mandao Credit.<\/li>
  • Define the amount to transfer.<\/li>
  • The application displays the progressive status of sending the Mandao Credit until the transfer is completed.<\/li>
  • At the end, you have the buttons Back to Reload, to make another transfer, and Back to Home, to return to the Home Page.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Your family members receive their Mandao Credit in Cuban Pesos or CUP at the current conversion rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
